美國佛羅里達州Lake County，66歲嘅Sheila Pavelec同71歲未婚夫Stanley Spink，因為佢指控佢偷走佢嘅假陽具而扭打，兩人均被捕，現已撤案。

Sheila向警方指出佢左前臂有「a red abrasion」。拘捕警員喺逮捕報告中記錄：因該處腫脹泛紅，「appeared to be fresh and did not fit the injury described approximately two hours prior」。
兩人各以「對65歲或以上人士施暴」罪名被捕，屬三級重罪。保釋條件一度禁止兩人互相聯絡，上月Circuit Court法官准許佢哋重新接觸。檢察官現已決定撤案，State Attorney William Gladson表示「either the facts of the case make conviction at trial unlikely, or continued prosecution would not be an appropriate use of resources」。法院文書未確認假陽具有冇揾返，或者婚事係咪仲ongoing。
